Hello Brad,
Peter C is supposed to be bringing an eighteen wheeler of cheese and
beer
- you have the beer and I'll have the cheese - and Robert has already
bagged the venison. I have looked into getting some local brew (well
almost local - Shiner) and I thought i'd get a bunch of sodas. I thought
that the honour system would work well for the beverages. When I have a
better idea of our numbers I'll either decide to provide all the side
dishes, or request that contributions are made, I'll even make something
for your special diet. I don't yet have a feel for exactly what everyone
plans to do. If everyone plans to arrive on the Friday, then that might be
a good time for the BBQ. I don't know what activities at the Round-Up
folks plan to attend. Perhaps I should ask that folks let me know when
they plan to be in attendance at our place and try to work around the
majority's plans. If someone could copy a schedule of events at Kerrville
we could try to work around that too.
So far, as far asI am aware, we plan to have :-
a BBQ
a swap meet
a rally
any other suggestions?
Just as an aside, if anyone, other than Bob and Annice, need anything in
particular, could they please let me know! I will try to accomodate you -
just don't ask for money - I planned to ask you!!
