Hi Bill,
You're almost gonna have to go the fiberglass fender route. I don't know
that the existing flares will stretch enough to accomodate 205 series tires.
I've got 165/70-13s on my SWA Sprite, and I have just enough clearance
between the fender and the tire to get my skinny ole' fingers in there. If
you put in a 40 millimeter wider tire, that'd be a lot of rub. Also have to
check the alignment of the rims, ie does the rim sit over the brake drum or
flare away from it. I used to have the original Minilites on my Sprite, and
only had 155/80 tires on and they rubbed pretty bad because the rims flared
away from the mount point.
As for AH Spares, I've never ordered from them, so I'll defer to other
listers to handle that one.
