Great idea. One that comes up every few months. Then we forget it, just
like you did with this post. The list will recycle these messages, and then
everybody will be reminded to put NO LBC in the subject line, then we'll
forget, then the list will recycle...etc...etc...
It's just like getting junk mail at home. Nobody said you have to open it
and read it.
