 I am about to replace the tach in my 73 XJ6.
It sticks around 2,500 RPM. A good rap on the glass and she starts to move
down. I bought an NOS on ebay. I let everyone know if it solves the problem
If it does I will perform an autopsy on the used unit to see what gives.
For now no problem in the Midget.
