Hi everyone,
I had ordered a tan canvas top for my green bugeye, and I just got it. I
ordered
it from Caribou Canvas ($209 + shipping) in So. CA.
The canvas is a very heavy three layer type, and the black interior side has
sort of a herring bone style pattern to it. The quality really looks awesome,
and it certainly looks a lot classier than the vinyl tops. I'm Going to fit it
to the car as soon as I get it back from the body shop (bonnet still getting
fixed).
The only problem I can see with it is that since it's a lot heavier material
than the orginal 'cheezy' vinyl top, it won't fold up as small.
I'll let you know how it works out.
