Speedwell used to list one in their flyer/catalog (I have an old one).
You might try them. Maybe Rick S. has an idea,, I believe he deals with
Speedwell stuff.

                I thought someone was producing a blank fiberglass dash.
I had looked into
                this a few years ago and remember that one was available
in the states for
                ~$300.  I'd give Don Racine (Mini Mania) a call. he'd
know.  I'll look into
                my archives and see what I find.
