I actually saw one this weekend in Nevada City.  It's a "Seabring 3000". 
Not sure of the spelling.

Kit Big Healey?? who made it? is it still in production... I may be
intrested in something like this. I was going to get a kit Porsche Spyder
550... but a quasi Healey would be better! Any info is appreciated... Im off
to the archives as well.
