FWD doen't increase roadholding, in fact the front end scrubs early reducing
skidpad. It is more predictable handling and easier to package as shown by the
mass market changeover to FWD. (although not as fun to drive!)
Oh, and the detail that 80% of the body is fiberglass making the CoG extremely
low. ;-}
