Well it happened again! Doing about 75 in traffic on a gorgeous day. Caught a gust of wind (we have the winds off the edge of hurricane dennis) and the passenger-side corner of the tonneau unsnapped and commenced to flail al over the car. Bet I looked real cute trying to catch and hold it while negotiating the curves. I already replaced the snaps (male and female) on the corners and I thought it was going to help. Just a gust of wind sends it flying, though. have any of y'all experimented with other types of fasteners in place of the snaps? chuckc |
