Victoria British used to carry rebuilt 1500 engines complete with a
warranty. I haven't seen it listed in their catalog in awhile. Does
anybody still do that? I'm just curious. I was talking to a mechanic
yesterday who said a ring job costs $1000, and it seems like those engines
weren't much more than that.

definitely not paying anybody $1000 to work on his car but,
it's always nice to know how much money you save doing it yourself!
