I've had decent luck with commercial "driveway cleaner."  You pour it on the
spots and scrub it with a brush for a couple of minutes.  Then hose off.  What
little is left of the stain seems to fade with time.  I think I bought a quart
for $3 at Home Depot.  It's in the section with the Acetone and Lacquer Thinner.
