Has anyone retrofit a gas strut lift to their Sprideget boot lid? I'm
having trouble finding one that is low pressure enough to use on this
lightweight lid. Moss has one for the MGB, but I don't know if this would
be light enough or the right length. I'm looking for a strut that is 9.5 to
10.5 inches max.. Any suggestions?
Also, can anyone provide a guide to the part numbers for different cylinder
heads? I'm referring the embossed number on the top of the casting along
the valve train.
TIA
Gerard
