'76 Midget seat functions

Special thanks to all who responded concerning the seat functions. I now 
understand exactly how they are "supposed" to work. It took me a little while 
to respond back because of some computer projects here at work....but I 
certainly appreciate the advice. I will try out the suggestions this weekend 
and see if I can get those head rests "unrested" and those seatbacks "back and 
forth".
