   "Tuck and Roll" is what paratroopers do when they land (assuming the
 chute opened of course ;-) )
   "Duck and Cover" was the Cuban Missle Crisis thing.
   "Shake, Rattle and Roll" was the dance craze. :-) :-) :-)
