OEW paint code is ICI 2379.  It is readily available in a modern urethane
product called "2K" which can be mixed as either single stage or base/clear.
Call ICI customer service at 1-800-647-6050 to find a local supplier.

I've sprayed all the Healey colors onto metal sample panels and can assure
you of availability of all the original colors.
