Travis,
hmmm, what exactly do they do?  You said regrinding the valves, then you
said new valves.  That can't be all you get for $1000, can it?  Do you get
some porting, resurfacing of the head?  Well maybe that's ok, since it
includes all the parts...

I am getting the head for my Fiat done right now at the Fiat equivalent of
APT (incidentally the company that manufactures the aluminum A-series head
that everybody sells now).  Bigger intake valves, bigger intake ports, cam
reground, valves adjusted (shims), head resurfaced, all for under $600.
