<< Hi Everyone, I also am new to this list. My name is Michaela. So far
from
reading all the mail I think I might be the only female here. I have a 77
Midget. My husband bought this car for me last September and Iove it. I
have always had a place in my heart for MG's. My brothers first car was a
74
MGB. The bug has always stuck with me since that time so when our neighbor
bought a Triumph Spitfire I had to have a MG. Thanks to you all for
listening.

A big welcome to the list, Michaela. Good choice of years for your Midget!
The rubber bumper Midgets look much better than their bigger B brothers.
My guess is that you've been lurking and all of the posts from Todd and
Travis brought you out in the open. Stick around. We have fun here, and
actually help each other.
There are a few females on the list...you're not alone. Nory and Amy are the
most frequent, and Amy just created a fabulous screen saver filled with
Spridgets. Maybe that's why the list was so quiet...everyone was watching
their screen saver. Anyway, go to
http://www.justbrits.com/spridgets_ss.html to download your own.
Do you do any work on your car? That's the best way to enjoy it. If you get
to know it intimately, inside and out, you'll really appreciate it more. I
don't mean you have to rebuild the engine, but do all the regular maintenance
yourself. The Midget will appreciate it and reward you with many years of
fun. Neglect it, and it will mark its territory wherever you park it!
See you on the list.
