being the owner of both LBC and an Alfa I am noticing a distict difference. I
joined a mailing list for Alfas in hopes of sorting out my fuel injection
problem on my Spyder and finding parts at reasonable prices. You know...sorta
like we all do here. So far I have been met with locations of shops who will
fix it. Sarcasim about how little I seem to know about the workings of an
Alfa (but no insight into how it actually works) and general disreguard
because I own an Alfa but expect to keep a budget. Im seriously considering
chucking a 350 chevy in it just to piss of the "Alfisti" out there. Sigh...I
love my LBCs...I love our sense of community and sharing. I love being able
to make my car run without having to buy and 800 dollar fuel pump or 400
dollar sensor. Anyone want a 78 Alfa Romeo Spyder? Will trade for almost any
running LBC. Closer to NJ the better. Sorry to vent on you all, just a
frustrating night.
