Au contraire
It's a small point but a wire wheel/ disc brake conversion was available
from the Donald Healey Motor Company or Sprinzel as an aftermarket kit not
as a BMC production item, unless there is information I don't have...

There WAS a rare factory wire wheel and disc brake option, but otherwise
I agree with you about Clausager. I know he's in charge of the "Trust"
but his book on Big Healeys, I think, leaves a lot to be desired.
