OK let's get this done fast & painless.
I'm re designing the designs based on feedback and votes. some designs were
straight out denied so they are gone. The rest, I am in the process of reducing
font size, like someone said "bowling shirt syndrome" I agree completely, we are
looking for classy polos, not bowling shirts. I estimate I will have it up in 
about
an hour or so.
