Larry,

You need to advise the list of what the existing calibration is before much
advice can be given.  As far as Pierce/Pearce manifolds calibration goes - NO
COMMENT!

Also, if you advise what the DGV calibration was that will also provide a
steer to what the 40 DCOE is likely to require based on the spec of your
engine.

If you have a copy of Vizard see what he recommends - good ball park starting
position.
