Daniel I would love to help but like you said, I put the carb back where it belongs. Not a Ford but an old BMW. I gave it away. (yes the new one that I had on the A40 out in Carlisle) I think it is manifold troubles with this set up. 1500 owners love them, A series owners wonder why the did it.
