Weber DGV Throttle Spring

Hi,

Doesw anyone know if someone makes some sort of bracket that wolud attach
to one of the manifold studs on the engine, so the throttle return spring
on a Weber DGV could hook onto it? I'd like to get rid of the washer that
was soldered to the rocker cover by the PO.
