Duct Tape

Was watching the local news tonight as they were setting the beached
freighter on fire on the Southern Oregon coast.  They were showing how
they had set up air quality moniters around the area to assess the impact
of the burning bunker c oil from the ship.  Showed a nice close up of how
they had attached these expensive state of the art devices to the power
poles around the area.  

Yup, duct tape.
