All, Yesterday when I was derusting the rear of my car(bugeye) I noticed the tank pickup line was leaking gas at the fitting on the tank. I tightened it a bit and now it's leaking more! I noticed from the 'clean the tank' thread that this tube/gas line is removeable, so is the fitting on the bottom right front of the tank there just to hold the line. Is there a gasket or is it a compression fitting? I need some help. None of the books show how this goes together. Biff, AN5, 'Kermit' & HAN6, 'Ole Gray' |
