AH Spares Repro Bugeye Grille

Howdy,
I was speaking with Ed Kaler of JustBrits who informed me that AH Spares has 
produced a repro grille that may be an acceptable alternative to the original. 
Does anyone have any personal experience or knowledge of this item? Such as: 
How are the contours?, Is the ident on the upper lip present?, Is the egg crate 
area curved correctly? Does it fit? Are the pins in the right place? etc. etc. 
etc. 

Any info would be appreciated.
