The Toyota conversion is almost extinct in the Uk and boxes are hard to get
hold of.  For a ton of reason stated earlier the Ford conversion is the one to
go for.  A company in Germany has developed their own Ford conversion which
either requires less or no cutting.  I would expect the UK Ford conversion
companies to folllow suit.
