Tom,

We have used 1/8 inch thick material for years in our factory side curtains,
do not know about other makes.  There should be felt in the bottom of the
track for the window that slides.   You can use Lucite (Plexiglass - DuPont
trade mark) or Lexlan (may be more expensive).  There are some differences in
preparing theses two materials and will be glad to provide more information if
you would like.
