Jingling Noise

Hey Y'all,

The jingling noise was, believe it or not, the EXPENSIVE
Rivergate speedo cable coming adrift from the Rivergate
angle drive. Probably I didn't tighten them enuff. Or ...
they came assembled ... not tightened enuff. In any case,
if you install the custom speedo unit ... TIGHTEN IT.
