In answer to your location problem

Here goes : I have hard time explaining things in anything resembeling
normal thought patterns.
Original floor pans no rust, from side of trans tunnel to center of
first hole 2 1/2" \/ 90 degres toward top 1 1/4" /  90 degrees toward
floorpan from 1st bend 5 3/4".  second mounting hole 8 3/8" c to c from
first hole
