Much of the sequel is already written. Trouble is, I can't find anyone in the
UK showing a willingness to publish it. The M/S has been hiked around heaven
knows how many firms who specialise in 'automotive' matters without a
meaningful response. If anyone can come up with potential US based publishers,
I'm happy to give it a whirl.
