speechless.
You always get what you paid for, but then maybe, some people don't expect

Earl Scheib is offering paint jobs from $299 to their "top of the line"
for $599.  Maaco ranges from around $250 to $1000.  Both are bottom
feeders, but are quite capable of applying paint fairly well to a
customer prepped car.  $4k is awfully high for just wanting the car
painted to look better imo.
