Removing Wiper Switch

Hi Fellow Spitlisters,

I just replaced the black vinyl dash in my '70 Mk3
with a wood dash. In doing so, I was unable to figure
out how to remove my old wiper switch from the black
dash to transfer it to the new wood dash. Is there a
way to do this without detroying the switch?
