Get yourself a plasma cutter or a torch.
Your going to have major clearance problems with the body as well as tire
rub on the frame.
The geometry of the whole car is going to change.
My question is, why?

Tires do NOT change geometry of the suspension. With the proper offset
wheel a 195 would fit with no clearance issues, and they're only about 1/10 of
an
inch difference in diameter so no appreciable gearing change. Why? To fit a
modern performance tire, these ARE sports cars after all. You may not
personally care for how they "look", but they will perform better.
