Noisy Clutch Pedal

Listers,

Has anyone experienced a noisy clutch when depressing the clutch pedal?  
Doesn't make any noise when I release the clutch pedal.  Just when I depress 
it.  The clutch still seems to engage and disengage without any problems.  
Any help is appreciated!
