On the other hand, there is nothing to stop the organisers soliciting 
pre-bookings from jumblers.   After all, some shows require pre-booking 
for everyone, even exhibitors, and still attract plenty of 
auto-jumblers.   Obviously, the very early pre-booking requirements of 
the IWM make this awkward, but, not, I shouldn't have thought, 
impossible.
