Slow RPM with Lights On

Hey People, Just a quick question today.


My engine lowers its revs when I turn the headlights on. Also my
indicator slows down when my lights are on - and also when its cold. Do
I have a problem or is this just a normal quirky Spitfire thing?

I have electronic ignition by the way.
