Hi,
I have a spitfire engine (no car, just the engine) in my garage, and I would
like to get more information on it. Here's what I found so far, if anyone can
help me get some specifics, or let me know of a source of information, I would
appreciate it. I think it's a 1296cc engine. I looked on the web, but I'm
not sure what I'm looking for.
On the left side of the block (not the distributor side), near the top there
are the markings: N78 307871
Near the middle of the block: 306840
and near the bottom: D90
Hopefully I wrote down some useful numbers.
