I have found this, 145 R13 in the mk3 handbook as an optional tire size.
The normal valu is 5.20S 13R??? What is this? May be the non-radial type
version?

Standard tyre size for a Spit should be 155SR13, not 145. You should
find a
choice of tyres at this size at any tyre shop, they are a very standard
size. Sounds like someone has put some funny tyres on your car in the
past...
