I don't see that bonnet ever being salvaged. Piecing in another
leading edge without serious distortion would be quite difficult.
Master craftsmen will attempt this type of repair on high dollar
restorations but it seldom pays off for Triumphs. I think you might
do better finding another used bonnet.
