Richard,
The problem is, anyone who has a copyright is obliged
to challenge *any* unauthorized use of it, no matter
how trivial.
If they don't defend it equally, then someone that
*is* out to steal for profit can use that as an excuse
in court and win.
Sounds crazy, but that's why you will see giant
corporations spend big bucks paying lawyers to clobber
mom and pop shops, when the actual damages from such
use are inconsequential.
Such is the "majesty of the law".
