GT6+ seat belts

Hi gang,

I'm putting new 3-point inertia seat belts in my '70 GT6+. This car did not
originally have this type of seat belt, so there is no hole for the inertia
reel. I was told that it goes at the base of the wheel well, but I need more
specific placement instructions before I actually drill a hole! Can anyone out
there help me?
