I know this has been discussed to some extent before, but please refresh my
memory. I am rebuilding the front suspension of my '79 Spitfire, and am
purchasing parts as I can afford them. Usually, I put all the catalogs I
have together and look for the best price/shipping combination.
Of course, I have had some transactions differ in relation to quality of
parts, and/or quality of service. I don't think the lower trunnions I
received from one major supplier are of the best quality, although service
and speed of shipping were a plus.
I don't intend to slander any of the companies, but would appreciate if some
of the more seasoned owners would email me with their preferences and
reasons why.
