I think (but I'm not sure) that Eastwood used to sell it over here. They
became T & S, and were in Yate. Their website no longer works, so I couldn't
check.
        The other possibility is Frost, whose contact details I am equally
poor on! They used to advertise in Practical Classics, maybe still do, but
I've not bought a copy for some time,
