Yeah, Go Figure!!!

I figured that my rates would go down when I got to Arizona becasue of
the much reduced traffic.  WRONG!  It seems that in Arizona, a high
percentage of the people driving around don't have insurance and we
"legit" drivers are having to pay for thier lack of it.  I guess it goes
with the low cost of living thing!
