Hi, Ken By way of followup to someone elses followup, since tossed carelessly into the [n]etherworld, I submit the following torque spec for Hypoid Pinion Flange Attachment .. .. 9/16" U.N.F. 70 - 85 lbs.ft. 9678 - 11752 kgms. I believe this is the "driving flange" that you had to remove in order to replace the pinion seal. Again, no big deal. But match-marking a nut and bolt is an iffy proposition, IMO. Donald.
