1965 Spitfire4 mk2

I just bought a 1965 spitfire4 mk2 that's been sitting for 9 years. I am new to 
these cars so I am
unaware of parts interchangability through the years they were made. I need air 
filters and would
like to rebuild the front calipers but can't find a source. Would front 
calipers from a later model fit
the mk2? What drivetrain/suspension/brakes are interchangable? Any help
would be appreciated. Anyone else in the Los Angeles area (I'm in SanDimas) 
have a spitfire?
