My Vicky Brit horror (well, maybe not horror) story - 
I ordered the little rubber thing on which the hood rests, cost $3 - what I
get an entire hood hinge, cost $65. Plus the UPS charge for this huge peice of
metal, which I had to pick up and had to pay to send back. After sending it
back, I went to install the door locks i ordered. I took apart both doors and
handles, only to find that they didnt fit, and that I sent back my invoice
with the hinge. I was none too pleased.
