Rear Spring Spacer

Can someone please tell me the outside diameter of
the spacer that goes through the rear spring pivot of
a 75 Spitfire. I'm replacing the spring and this spacer is missing
from the spring I removed. Also  I need the thickness of the rubber
pad that is fitted between the top of the spring and the spring bracket.
