My vote has to go for the Vitesse/Sport 6.  A car that has all the good
looks (?) of the Herald, but will run with the TRs.

As a side note, I've only subscribed to the list for a couple of weeks
now, but have very much enjoyed all the stories, particularly of how
people got involved with Triumphs.
